Delivery Policy
Once you receive your order, kindly review it before unpacking, opening, or using it. If the products you’ve received are damaged, defective, opened, or do not match the order you have placed, please contact us via info@notremondepharma.com for either a full refund or exchange.
Standard shipping time all over Egypt is 2 to 5 working days (based upon location), whereas the cost of any shipping rates is added to a customer’s order at checkout.
Customers may return a product within 14 days of its shipment, covering the return shipping at their own expense. We will accept the return ONLY IF the product is in the same original condition, and if it is accompanied by its receipt of purchase. A full refund will be issued within 14 days of returning the product.
